Complaints Procedure
We take all customer feedback seriously and aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Our complaints procedure is as follows:
1. Receive the Complaint – You can contact us by phone, email, or in writing with details of your concern.
2. Acknowledgement – We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
3. Investigation – We will fully investigate the matter and keep you updated on progress.
4. Resolution – We aim to resolve most complaints within 14 days. Where remedial work is required, we will agree a reasonable timescale with you.
5. If We Cannot Resolve It – If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, we will refer the matter to our independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider: Dispute Resolution Ombudsman (DRO).
We maintain full records of all complaints in line with data protection regulations. Using our services does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
TrustMark Logo Usage
We are authorised to use the TrustMark logo on our website, marketing materials, vehicles, uniforms, and stationery. We strictly follow the official TrustMark Brand Guidelines, which means:
• The logo is used exactly as provided, without alteration to colour, size, or design
• It is only used to promote our legitimate TrustMark registration
• We display the logo alongside a link to the TrustMark Customer Charter
