An Electrical Installation Condition Report checks the safety of a property's wiring, consumer unit and accessories. Landlords in England must have one at least every five years, and they are strongly recommended for homeowners and businesses too.
We test methodically, explain what we find in plain English, and give you a clear report. If anything needs attention, we quote for the remedial work and can complete it ourselves rather than leaving you to find another contractor.
